NECTARINE:
Fruity, mild smoke that has similar smoke characteristics to peach.
RECOMMENDED: Good with most types of meat, including turkey, pork
and fish.
OAK: Strong
smoke flavor, hot flame with milder than hickory flavor.
RECOMMENDED: Good to use with fish, pork, and other meats.
PEACH:
Fruity sweet flavor.
