Plank
cooking is amazingly simple.
-
Soak the
plank(s) for at least one hour before grilling.
-
Rub olive oil
on the plank(s) before putting the food on it
-
Place food on
the plank(s) and then place the plank(s) in the grill away
from direct flame.

Close lid and
maintain temperature between 350 and 400 degrees.
-
Use
water sprayer to keep plank(s) from catching flaming.

Cook
