Plank cooking is amazingly simple.

  1. Soak the plank(s) for at least one hour before grilling.

  2. Rub olive oil on the plank(s) before putting the food on it

  3. Place food on the plank(s) and then place the plank(s) in the grill away from direct flame.

  4. Close lid and maintain temperature between 350 and 400 degrees.

  5. Use water sprayer to keep plank(s) from catching flaming.

  6. Cook Till Done and Enjoy!
